Have already re-booked to stay again at Royal Princess. Service friendly and efficient, welcoming.
Best central location, close to local weekly evening market and a chinese lake-restaurant.
Good breakfast and buffets - food very enjoyable, vast room service menu.
Fantastic value. Quite a few western touring groups passing through for 1-2 nights each time.
All is so good, family member has booked for an extremely well presented wedding package!

We love the hotel.The service is excellent.The entire staff speaks English, decent English.
The pool is ok and no one seems to use it, so its available.
The breakfast buffet is great if you arrive before 9:30 and the dinner buffet is excellent. The rooms are good enough, tv has channels in English and the location is great.
For us, the staff makes the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs is a bit loud if your older, but they offset that with the lounge.
Its a great hotel for families who do stuff all day and want to relax at night.I can say the massage is good and suprisingly inexpensive, as well as perfect after a long day.
We stay at this hotel for the service, and its great for Americans.

Very nice public areas, nice bar and breakfast room (very good buffet breakfast). The bedrooms were also nice and comfortable but did not have a room safe. The hotel is a way from the centre of town... a very pleasant experience

We a family of 4 [ 2 teenagers] stayed here for 2 nights just prior to Christmas as part of our drive around Thailand. We had no difficulty finding the hotel and parking was secure and no problem.... Good Quality Hotel

My GF & I stayed in this hotel for one night in February. We payed 2,750 baht for half of a suite on the 8th floor. A very nice room with nice furnishings. Good view of the city from the 8th... Best place to stay (because there isn't aywhere else!)
