Nakhon Ratchasmima (Khorat) province is a part of Thailand with a long history and many sights. As tourist destination it is still undeveloped, however attractions like the Khmer-style temples at Phimai, Thai Buddhist temples or the green rice fields after the rainy season make it well worth a visit.
